Refund policy

Product must be returned within 30 days of delivery for full refund. Shipping not included. 

Return products must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached.

Defective or damaged items will receive a full refund including shipping.

We want you happy — but we also believe in boundaries. Here’s how returns and refunds work.


Returns

We accept returns within 30 of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non‑returnable items include (but aren’t limited to):

  • Final sale items
  • Open package personal use items

If it’s marked Final Sale, it means we meant it.


How to Start a Return

Email [your email address] with:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for the return

Please don’t send items back without contacting us first — surprise packages give us anxiety.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Timing depends on your bank or payment provider

Original shipping costs are non‑refundable, unless we made a mistake — which we will absolutely own.


Exchanges

Need a different size or item? Message us and we’ll see what we can do (availability isn’t guaranteed, but kindness is).


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll make it right — pinky swear.


Final Sale Means Final

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. No loopholes, no negotiations, no sad violin.
